Pursuant to Listing Regulations at HNX attached to Decision No.324/QĐ-SGDHN dated 04/06/2010, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:

-          Stock code: TLC

-          Reason: profit after tax in the audited financial statement FY 2010 and 2011 are negative (-VND 30,414,197,080 and –VND 35,908,066,846)

-          Effective date: 12/04/2012

Supervision period ends when Thang Long Telecommunications JSC overcomes current situation.
