HAG: Resolution on the 2011 dividend payment
HAGL Joint Stock Company announces the payment for the 2010 dividend in stock:
- Stock symbol: HAG
- Purpose: To pay stock dividends of the year 2010 to the existing shareholders.
- Current charter capital: 4,672,805,900,000 dongs
- Total current shares: 467,280,590 shares
- Total shares outstanding: 467,280,590 shares
- Object of the issuance: shareholder named in the list at record dated
- Exercise ratio: 15%/ par value (100:15)
- The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 15 new shares.
- Estimated issue volume: 70,092,088 shares.
- Plan to deal with fractional shares
- The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.
For example, if shareholder A owns 201 shares at the record date, he will receive: 201x15/100 = 30.15 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 30 new shares and 0.15 share will be canceled.
- Capital source: profit after tax in 2010.
- All rights issued from paying the 2011 stock dividends are not transferable.
