DTA: The Planning of Detaco Phu Quoc Villas Approved

 De Tam Joint Stock Company announced information on DETACO Phu Quoc Villa Project:

 On March 08, 2012, the Management Board of Phu Quoc Island signed Decision No.24/QD-BQLPTPQ approving the detail planning (1/500) of construction of DETACO Phu Quoc Villas in Area 6 (at present: Area 7), Bai Truong, Duong To commune, Phu Quoc district, Kien Giang province, Viet Nam.

- Total area: 88,738.0 m2, including:

- Housing area: 44,048.1 m2 (accounting for 49.64%)

- Kindergarten area: 1,752.3 m2 (accounting for 1.97%)

- Green area: 6,310.7 m2 (accounting for 7.11%)

- Traffic area: 36,626.9 m2 (accounting for 41.28%)

Purpose of planning: to build a villa area to meet the housing needs of about 696 people and the learning needs of about 150 pupils.

- Average construction ratio of the entire area: 20.7%.

- Minimum height: 01 storey

- Maximum height: 02 storey

- Coefficient of land use of the entire area: 0.41.
