CTD: Coteccons wins two projects

In early April 2012, Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company (Coteccons) won two major projects with total bidding value over VND620 billion.

- The first project is WaterMark Apartment Building, invested by WestLake Real Estate Development JSC (Refico). The project is located on the bank of WestLake, Ha Noi City and near Ciputra Residential Area. The project is built on an area of nearly 2,000 m2, includes 19 storeys with 128 high-class apartments. Total value of contract is more than VND410 billion. Coteccons will complete this project within 25 months from commencement of construction.

- The second project is Viet Luan Tire Factory, invested by Viet Luan (China) Tire Co., Ltd. The project is located on an area of 60 hectares, in Phuoc Dong Industrial Zone, Tay Ninh Province. The first phase of project will be built on an area of 9 hectares. Total value of contract is VND212 billion. Coteccons will complete this project within 7 months from commencement of construction.
