Costa Nha Trang is on track

TD Corporation, investor of The Costa, is close to opening the Nha Trang resort.

Knight Frank, the marketing and sales agent, said The Costa had set a new standard of luxury beach front living in Nha Trang.

Located on the “Golden Road” Tran Phu, the development offers panoramic ocean views, with modern, well designed living space, that caters for Vietnamese and international markets.

It is the first five-star hotel apartment complex in Nha Trang City with a total investment of $147 million.

The Costa Nha Trang Residences comprises two penthouses, 14 luxury sky villas, eight luxury four-bedroom residences, 18 luxury three-bedroom apartments, 78 luxury two-bedroom apartments and 124 luxury studio and one-bedroom apartments. The average price of this project is VND42 to 60 million ($2,000 to $2,857) per square metre.
Nguyen Duc Ngoc, sales and marketing director of TD Group, said there had been significant growth in hotel apartment complex projects in the Asian market.

Stephen Wyatt, country manager of Knight Frank, said the first quarter of 2012 had seen renewed activity in the second home and beachfront apartment market. “The Costa Nha Trang offers the purchaser a unique product in a prime location with one of the most desirable addresses in Vietnam,” Wyatt said.

Ngoc said: “With increased numbers of tourists, golf courses and additional direct flights there is no question that Nha Trang is one of the top tourist destinations in Vietnam.”
