BHC: Explanation for the change in operating result in 2010

According to the Financial Statement 2011, profit after tax of the company decreased 319.74% compared to 2010. Bien Hoa Concrete JSC explained as follows:

- The price of raw materials went up:

+ Cement: increased 29.52%

+ Steel: increased 31.89%

+ Fuel: increased 44.15%

+ Rent expenses: Increased 15%

-  Loan rate increased 3% compared to year 2010
