BCC: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2012
BimSon Cement JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Operating result 2011:
- Revenue: VND 3,287.091 billion
- Profit before tax: VND 57.303 billion
- Payable to the state: VND 116.867 billion
2. Profit distribution and dividend payment 2011:
- Profit after tax: VND 49.565 billion
- Dividend payment (3%): VND 28.698 billion
- Financial reserve: VND 1.095 billion
- Bonus fund: VND 0.3 billion
- Developmet and investment fund: VND 3.285 billion
- Reward and welfare fund: VND 6.27 billion
- Investment 2011
- Operating plan 2012:
- Revenue: VND 4,018.728 billion
- Profit: VND 90.13 billion
- Dividend payment: 5%
- Payment for the BOD, Supervisory board and Secretary 2011
- Chair of the board: VND 5,000,000/ month
- Director and Chief of Supervisory board: VND 4,000,000/ month
- Member of Supervisory board and Secretary: VND 3,000,000/ month
- Select an auditor for financial year 2012
- Change in company’s policy
- Mr. Bui Hong Minh and Mr. Ngo Sy Tuc have been appointed Directors
