BBS: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2011
ButSon Cement Packing JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
* Operating result 2011:
- Revenue: VND 313.4 billion
- Profit: VND 10.3 billion
- Payable to the state: 2.52 billion
* Audited financial statement 2011
* Profit distribution 2011:
- Dividend payment: 12% (VND 4,800 million)
- Bonus for the BOD, Supervisory board and Management board: VND 185 million
- Reserve fund to suplement charter capital: VND 100 million
- Development and investment fund: VND 1,500 million
- Financial reserve fund: VND 300 million
- Bonus fund: VND 350 million
- Reward fund: VND 472 million

* Operating plan 2010:
- Revenue: VND 305 billion
- Profit before tax: VND 8 billion
- Dividend payment: 10%
