VCB allowed to have License revised
The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam issued Decision No. 523/QĐ-NHNN on March 22 to revise the License of the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (VCB).
Accordingly, the SBV Governor approved the revision of Article 2 of its License No. 138/GP-NHNN dated May 23, 2008 to bring its charter capital up to VND 23,174,170,760,000.
The Decision took effect on the date of signing and is an integral part of Decision No. 138/GP-NHNN dated May 23, 2008.
