TTP: TAPACK delays the 2012 Annual General Meeting

According to the Enterprise Law, joint stock companies have to organize annual general meetings within 04 months from the ending of a fiscal year. However, Tan Tien Plastic Packaging Joint Stock Company (TAPACK) has been focusing on production from early year and resolved extraordinary issues, so the Company cannot hold the 2012 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shareholders in time as stipulated.

On February 23, 2012, the Department of Planning and Investment of Hochiminh City approved Tan Tien Plastic Packaging Joint Stock Company to delay the AGM and the Company must organize the meeting before June 30, 2012.

Therefore, Tan Tien Plastic Packaging Joint Stock Company would like to announce the extension of time to hold the 2012 AGM. The meeting time and venue will be noticed as soon as possible.
