TRI: Board resolution on buying stock

Sai Gon Beverages Joint Stock Company (TRIBECO) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated March 06, 2012:

The Board of Directors allowed Mr. Nguyen Xuan Luan, a member of the Board of Directors, to offer to publicly buy 6,887,090 shares, equivalent to 25% of shares of Sai Gon Beverages Joint Stock Company.

The trading time was expected from March 09, 2012 to the finish date of trading.
