Hanoi Textbooks Printing JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 01/03/2012 as follows:

1. Approving Financial Statement 2011 audited by Auditing and Accounting Financial Consultancy Services Company Limited – AASC.

2. Approving the plan of first dividend payment 2011 in cash:

-         Exercise rate: 5%

-         Expected exercise date: May 2012.

3. Approving the plan of Annual General Meeting:

-       Expected exercise date: 11/04/2012.

-       Place: Head Office, Hanoi Textbooks Printing JSC, Lot 60, Dong Anh Ward, Dong Anh District, Hanoi.

-       Agenda:

+ Approve the Operating Result of 2011 and the Operating Plan in 2012

+ Approve the Financial Statement in 2011

+ Approve Dividend payment and Fund setting-up in 2011

+ Approve reports of Supervisory Board in 2011

+ Electing additional members for the BOD.

4. Management Board is authorized to carry out these tasks.
