SFC: Resolution of the Board of Directors

Saigon Fuel Company announced a resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

On February 27th, 2012, the Board of Directors unanimously decided to pay 12 percent (equivalent to VND1,200/share) in cash for the second dividend installment of 2011, and expected the meeting date of the 2011 Annual General Meeting to be April 21th, 2012. The record date to close shareholder list to pay the second installment and hold the Annual General Meeting was expected to be March 12th, 2012.
