PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation announces Board Resolution on delay in dividend payment 2011 as follows:

The Company decided to cancel the shareholder list recording on March 19 for dividend payment 2011. The payment was submitted to Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2012 for approval.
