PRC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2012
Port Serco JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 10/03/2012. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report on operating result and profit distribution plan of 2011
- Dividend payment ratio: 6% (equaling VND 720 million)
2. Report of the BOD
3. Report of Supervisory Board
4. Operating plan of 2012
- Revenue: VND 120,292,000,000
- Profit before tax: VND 1,150,000,000
- Dividend payment ratio: 6%/year at minimum
5. Investing in building logistics area in local port on Yet Kieu street, Son Tra district, Da Nang
6. Remuneration for member of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2012
7. Plan for selling treasury stocks
8. Assigning the BOD to select auditor for FS 2012
