HU3: Explanation for business results in Quarter4.2011

HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company has explained the business results in Quarter 4/2011 and Quarter 4/2010 as follows:

Profit after tax in Quarter 4/2011 was 18,788,827,690 dongs, increasing 38.5% compared to Quarter 4/2010. (Profit after tax in Quarter 4/2010 was 13,568,104,115 dongs).

Reasons:

+ In Quarter 4/2011, so that the 2011 business plan completed, the company has recovered capital of complete construction projects, revenue from construction in Quarter 4/2011 was VND127,854 billion (increasing 46.7% compared to the same period of last year). Besides, the company has promoted business real estate completed as Dong Son-Thanh Hoa Urban project, housing and office for leasing projects at 121, 123 To Hieu – Ha Dong, Van Canh new urban project, Hoai Duc, etc. Therefore, Revenue of trading real estate was VND107,579 billion.

+ The company has saved general & administrative expenses (quarter 4/2011 only increased 14.7% compared to Quarter 3/2011).
