- Report on profit and loss in 2011, and business plan for 2012;

2.2 The dividend payment in stock for 2010
- Exercise ratio: 50% ( 2:1)
- The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 50 new shares.
- Estimated issue volume: 20,000,000 shares.
- The volume will be rounded to units. The fractional parts will be bought by the company at the price of VND10,000/share.
For example: At the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 25 shares, the calculation will be: (25:2)x1=12.5 shares. After rounding down, the number of dividend he receives will be 12 shares and 5,000vnd in cash (=0.5 share x 10,000vnd).
