FDG: Explanation for business result in Quarter 4/2011

Dongthap Trading Corporation explained the fluctuation in profit between Quarter 4/2011 and Quarter 4/2010:

- According to the financial statements of Docimexco (the parent copamy):

- Profit after tax of Quarter 4/2010: -VND15,610,299,952

- Profit after tax of Quarter 4/2011: VND4,894,586,195

Reason: Cost of goods sold and goods prices in Quarter 4/2011 increased high compared to Quarter 4/2010 leading to gross profit in Quarter 4/2011 increased over VND42 billion compared to Quarter 4/2010.

- Selling expenses and general & administrative expenses in Quarter 4/2011 decreased over VND3.5 billion leading to profit in Quarter 4/2011 increased
