ELC: The record date for the dividend payment in stock for 2010
On March 21, 2012, HOSE announced the record date for the dividend payment in stock for 2010 of Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation:
- Stock symbol: ELC
- Ex-right date: April 10, 2012
- Record date: April 12, 2012
- Purpose: Pay dividend in stock for 2010.
- Exercise ratio: 25%
- The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 25 new shares.
- Estimated issue volume: 7,325,000 shares.
- Plans for dealing individual stocks
- The distributed shares will be rounded down to tens. The odd shares will be canceled.
- For example, shareholder A owns 514 shares, he will receive 128 shares (514x25/100 = 128.5 shares) and 0.5 share will be canceled.
