EIB: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated person:

Ms. Ha Thi My Trang, younger sister of Mr. Ha Thanh Hung – a member of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank, bought 33,060 EIB shares and sold 14,220 EIB shares from November 25, 2011 to February 22, 2012 without announcement.
