Violation of information disclosure requirement of the insider trading in Do Thanh Technology Corporation as follows:

Mr. Nguyen Bao Toan (son of Mr. Nguyen Bang Tam –  Deputy Chairman of the BOD)  was late in reporting the trading result of DTT stock after registering to trade on November 01, 2011.
