Central Area Electrical Mechanical JSC announces change in the Board of Directors as follows:
- Mr. Phan Thanh BiInh has resigned from Chair of the Board with effect since 01/04/2012.
- Mr. Ngo Viet Hai – Vice Chair of the Board temporarily replaces Mr. Phan Thanh Binh until the meeting of the BOD to select new Chair of the Board.
