BRE pushes Saigon One Tower

CBRE Vietnam has been appointed as the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for Saigon One Tower in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 1.

Located at 34A Ton Duc Thang Street, the 41-storey tower Saigon One, developed by M&C Real Estate is the second tallest building in Ho Chi Minh City, 27 floors lower than the 68-storey Bitexco Financial Tower.

The retail podium occupies six stories measuring approximate 13,000 square metres gross floor area and will accommodate exciting new dining, entertainment and lifestyle concepts - aiming to become an iconic and definitive destination.

The Saigon One Tower furthermore will feature a 34-storey international standard office component with total area of 49,000sqm and on the top of building 133 luxurious apartments.

Phung Ngoc Khanh, chairman of M&C Real Estate - a joint venture company established by Saigontourist Corporation, M&C Corporation, DongA Bank and DongA Bank Security, said: “We are pleased to announce the partnership with CBRE Retail Services and confident it will contribute to the successful marketing and launch of our development. M&C Real Estate is also developing several luxury mixed-use properties in downtown locations both in the southern hub and Hanoi as well as over total 450 hectares of high end beach resorts in Ba Ria, Nha Trang and Phu Quoc.
