APS: Explanation for 5 consecutive ceiling-hitting sessions.

On 08/03/2012, explained the stock ceiling hitting for 5 consecutive sessions from 01/03/2012 to 07/03/2012 as follows:

- Due to the current situation of Vietnam stock market, the supply and demand of stock APS are out of company’s control.

- The Company stills working like normal, and company did not do anything which was effected to stock APS.
