AGR: Explanation for business result in Quarter 4/2011

AGRIBANK Securities Joint-Stock Corporation explained the fluctuation in business result in Quarter 4/2011:

1. Explanation for cash flow statement:

Receivables from the contracts of buying of rights to receive proceeds from the sale of unlisted securities" at 12/31/2011 decreased VND5,326 billion from December 31, 2010.

2. Explained the fluctuation in profit over 10%

Profit before tax in Quarter 4/2011 decreased VND40 billion (-41%): because the growth of revenue was less than expenses compared to the same period of 2010.

Profit after tax in Quarter 4/2011 decreased VND23 billion (-39%): because the current corporate income tax in Quarter 4/2011 rose VND37.6 billion from Quarter 4/2010.
