XMC: Extraordinary information

On 16/11/2011, Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete & Construction JSC (Stock code: XMC) released an accouncement clarifying the Document issued by the People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province forbidding Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete & Construction JSC from attending any State-budgeted projects of Quang Ninh province.

On 30/12/2011, the People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province issued Document No. 5495/UBND-GT1, agreeing that Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete & Construction JSC can continue attending State-budgeted projects of Quang Ninh province.
