VTF: The BOD’s resolution
Viet Thang Feed Joint Stock Company (VTFEED) announced the BOD’s resolution as follows:
1. Approving the 2011 business results with sales volume at 293,313 tons and profit after tax reached 172 billion dongs
2. Obtaining agreements for submitting the plan of 2011 profit distribution to the shareholders’ meeting:
- Allotting 10% of profit after tax for financial reserve fund.
- Allotting 10% of profit after tax for investment and development fund.
- Allotting 10% of profit after tax for bonus and welfare fund.
- Paying the 2011 dividend in cash by 30% of charter capital.
- Allotting 5% of excess profit after tax exceeding the 2011 plan for bonus of the BOD and the Supervisory.
3. Approving payment of the 2011 second dividend in advance in cash with ratio 15%:
- Current charter capital: 180,255,090,000 dongs
- Payment: in cash
- Ratio: 15% of par value (1,500 dongs/share)
