STB: Sacombank cancels the record date for balloting shareholders & AGM 2011

After receiving Official Document No.23/2012/CV-HDQT dated 02/16/2012 from Sai Gon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) about the cancellation of procedures relating to closing the shareholder list on the record date February 21, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange had Announcement No.102/2012/TB-SGDHCM on February 17, 2012 as follows:

Cancelling the record date (February 21, 2012) for balloting shareholders & Annual General Meeting 2011 which was announced on February 14, 2012.

Reason of cancellation: Sacombank needs more time to consider some important issues relating to the Annual General Meeting. The bank will announce another record date after deciding a meeting date.
