SPM: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated person:

Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Huong, a wife of Mr. Dao Huu Hoang – BOD Chairman  of S.P.M Corporation, sold 134,780 SPM shares from January 06, 2012 to February 09, 2012  without announcement. However, Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Huong,  was late in reporting the trading result of SPM stock after registering to trade on November 01, 2011.
