- Mr. Pham Thi Thu Thuy, a sister of Mr. Pham Van Huy – a member of the Supervisory Board of Dong Nai Port Joint – Stock Company, bought 24,636 PDN shares  on January 10, 2012 without announcement.

- Mr. Pham Thi Thu Huong, a younger sister of Mr. Pham Van Huy – a member of the Supervisory Board of Dong Nai Port Joint – Stock Company, bought 22,296 PDN shares on January 10, 2012 without announcement.
