OCH: Board Resolution on receiving shares to be transferred

Ocean Hospitality & Service JSC (Stock Code: OCH) announces the Board Resolution approved on 03/02/2012 as follows:

- Ocean Hospitality & Service JSC contributed capital into Givral Cake JSC by receiving shares transferred by shareholders of Givral Cake JSC. The total number of shares transferred is 2,940,000 shares, accounting for 98% of Charter capital of Givral Cake JSC.

- Mr. Nguyen Sy Phuong is appointed representative for the equity the Company owns in Givral Cake JSC.
