Low Current - Telecom JSC explained change of over 10% in operating result in QIV.2011 compared to QIV.2010 as follows:

In 2011, the Vietnam economy got many difficulties. The State Bank used currency tightenning policy and commercial banks restricted borrowing for investing in telecommunication projects. Therefore, investors didn’t have money to settle for the projects. Therefore, the Company decided to choose projects which bring actual profit for the Company and ensure enough capital to implement. Therefore, in QIV.2011 the Company carry out few projects so profit in QIV.2011 decreased sharply year on year.
