HVG: Resolution on the dividend payment
Hung Vuong Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the first dividend payment of 2011 as follows:
- Current charter capital: VND659,980,730,000
- Payment rate: 10%/par value (VND1,000 for a share)
- Payment method: In cash
- This resolution takes effect from February 14, 2012.
