HCC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Hoa Cam Concrete JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 09/01/2012.The following resolutions were approved:

1. Cancelling plan of dividend payment 2011 by shares and replacing by plan of dividend payment 2011 in cash.

2. The first dividend payment 2011 in cash with exercise rate of 20%.

3. Assign the Board of Director to process contents related to the first dividend payment 2011 in cash.
