EVE: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated person:

Mr. Truong Thanh Hai, a younger brother of Ms. Truong Thi Kim Hoa – a member of the Supervisory Board of Everpia VietNam Joint Stock Company, bought 1,110 EVE shares  and sold 1,110 EVE shares from December 23, 2012 to January 06, 2012 without announcement.
