DSN: The record date for dividend payment - No.3/2011 & 1/2012
On February 22, 2012, HOSE announces the the record date for the payment the third dividend settlement of 2011 and pay the first interim dividend settlement of 2012 of Dam Sen Water Park Corporation:
- Stock symbol: DSN
- Ex-right date: March 02, 2012
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on and March 01, 2012, sellers will not receive the right.)
- Record date: March 06, 2012
1.Purpose: To pay the third dividend settlement of 2011 and pay the first interim dividend settlement of 2012
- Dividend pay-out ratio: 28 %/ par value (VND2,800/ share) (include: pay the third dividend settlement of 2011: 22% and pay the first interim dividend settlement of 2012: 6% )
- Payment date: March 15, 2012
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Dam Sen Water Park Corporation, 03 Hoa Binh Street, Ward 3, District 11, HCM City from March 15, 2012 ( from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm days in week, except Tuesday)
Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
