CVT: Report on use of proceeds
CMC Joint Stock Company report that the proceeds from the public offering has been used up for the project of CMC No.2 as follow:
1. Total proceed from the public offering of 4,000,000 shares: VND49,134,644,710
- Total investment of the project: VND346 billion
+ Fixed capital: VND306 billion
+ Working capital: VND40 billion
Including:
+ Borrowing resources: VND190 billion (Fixed capital: VND150 billion, working capital: VND40 billion)
+ Stockholder's equity and other capital: VND156 billion (including VND49 billion from public offering)
2. Realized: VND175,372,104,060 on these items:
+ Land rent in industrial park (1st stage): VND10,560,000,000
+ Paying for construction consultancy: VND6,665,959,900 (including: design, examination, construction supervision,…)
+ Building construction items: VND78,856,871,306 (including: main factory, canteen, electric power substation, …)
+ Purchasing of equipments, auxiliary machinery: VND8,295,060,000 (including: shovel car, truck,…)
+ Machines, synchro chain: VND70,994,212,854 (including: machines and synchro chain equipment deposit).
