CMS: Result of seasoned issue

Cavico Constrution Manpower and Services JSC announces result of seasoned issues to increase charter capital to VND 50 billion and plan for additional listing as follows:

1. Result of seasoned issue

- Total number of shares distributed: 2,500,000 shares

- Total proceeds: VND 25,000,000,000

- Charter capital after the issue: VND 50,000,000,000

2. Plan for additional listing:

- The Company has finished all procedures for change in Business Registration Certificate and additional listing.

- Expected exercise time: 3/2012
