BGM: Explanation for business result in Quarter 4/2011

Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company has explained reasons causing the loss in Quarter 4/2011 as follows:

In Quarter 4/2011, local economy as well as global economy have still many difficulties, weather was unfavorable, especially rainy season, and the Company’s assembly line was interrupted for a period to ensure environment protection, so the Company’s revenue decreased sharply. Besides, depreciation expense as well as salary, financial expenses, etc. were remained. Therefore, the Company had a loss in Quarter 4/2011.
