On January 13, 2012, HOSE had Decision No.05/2012/QD-SGDHCM to allow Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam to list additional shares on the exchange:

• Stock symbol: VCB                  

• Additional volume: 347,612,562 shares

• Total additional value (based on par value): VND3,476,125,620,000

• Effective date of the listing license: January 17, 2012.
