VCB: Additional listing of key staffs’ shares

On 13 Jan. 2012, Hochiminh Stock Exchange approved of additional listing of Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Foreign Trade Of Viet Nam (Vietcombank) as follows:

- Additional listing volume: 347,612,562 shares for Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd. (the contract between Vietcombank and Mizuho was signed on 30 Sep. 2011)

- Listing date: 17 Jan. 2012

- Term: the shares is restricted in 05 year as from 28 Dec. 2011

- The company will register the trading date on HOSE after the term.
