PVE: Contract on selling shares to strategic shareholder (Technip Geoprodution)

PetroVietnam Engineering Consultancy JSC announced that on 14/01/2011, the Company signed the contract on selling shares to strategic shareholder Technip Geoprodution (M) Sdn Bhd (Malaysia) as follows:

-       Number of shares offered to strategic shareholder: 2,500,000 shares

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Offering par value: VND25,000,000,000 (equalling 10% of PVE’s charter capital after the fundraising)

-       Offering price: VND14,500/share
