PET: Violation of information disclosure of an affiliated person

Violation of information disclosure requirement of the insider trading in Petrovietnam General Service Joint Stock Corporation as follows:

Mr. Vu Manh Thang (Son of Mr. Vu Xuan Lung – Chairman of the BOD) was late in reporting the trading result of PET stock after registering to trade on September 16, 2011.
