Ocean Group JSC (HOSE: OGC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated December 23, 2011 about the result of issuing bonds with warrants:

- Bond name: Bond of Ocean Group JSC

- Bond type: Warrant and unsecured bond

- Par value: VND1,000,000,000/bond (One billion dongs/bond)

- Estimated offering volume: 1,000 bonds

- Warrants attached to the bonds: 01 bond will receive 4,546 warrants. With every warrant, buyers will be allowed to buy 10 common shares

- Number of bonds successfully issued: 700 bonds; Number of attached warrants: 3,182,200 warrants

- Proceeds from the offering: VND700 bilion

- Number of buyers: 02 investors.
