CTG: Resolution on depositing and listing other shares

VietNam Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Industry and Trade (Vietinbank) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors:

Article 1: The Board of Directors adopted to register to deposit all new shares, including shares of the State shareholders and non-state shareholders: 337,162,027 shares.

Article 2: Listing all new shares which issued to non-state shareholders (including shares of the Labor Union of Vietinbank): 66,400,332 shares.

Article 3: Procedures and time to register to deposit and list the new shares will be observed the laws.

Article 4: This resolution takes effect from December 30, 2011.
