CMS: Finish of acquiring shares from shareholders of Nam Viet Investment Trading and Construction JSC
On 06/01/2012, Cavico Constrution Manpower and Services JSC disclose the finish of acquiring shares of shareholders of Nam Viet Investment Trading and Construction JSC as follows:
· On 17/10/2011, the Board of Directors of Cavico Constrution Manpower and Services JSC convened and decided to acquire 1,415,500 shares of Nam Viet Investment Trading and Construction JSC (equaling 67.31% charter capital of Nam Viet Investment Trading and Construction JSC)
· On 06/01/2012, Cavico Constrution Manpower and Services JSC finished the acquisition of shares and Nam Viet Investment Trading and Construction JSC has officially been subsidiary of Cavico Constrution Manpower and Services JSC.
