1. Change of the Board of Directors:

- The resignation of Mr. DoVan Nam from the position BOD Chairman as from October 27, 2011. Reason: Transferred work

- Appointing of Mr. Doan Dinh Thiem as BOD Chairman as from October 27, 2011.

2. Change of the Supervisory Board:

- The resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Giang – Member of the Supervisory Board and Appointing of Mr. Huynh Thien Phu as a member of the Board of Directors.
