TV1: Additional stock issue of 2010 report

In 2010, Power Engineering Consulting JSC 1 (HNX: TV1) issued another 7,400,000 shares worth VND74 billion to finance Bung 5 River Project and completed the issuance on November 15, 2010. Therefore, the Company increased its charter capital by 74% in 2010. The Company also recorded the capital increase (VND74 billion) from the issuance in December 2010.

Until May 13, 2011, TV1 used VND48,248,292,464, or 65% of the proceeds. Until November 15, 2011, TV1 continued to use the remaining VND25,751,701,536 for the following works:

- Preparing for investment: VND9,575,739,492

- Paying contracts: VND16,175,968,044.
