This record date was announced on 21/11/2011 on the HNX. The Company will use the shareholder list recorded on this date for the following reason:
Seasoned issue to outstanding shareholders:
- Exercise rate: 50% (shareholders are entitled to buy 1 new share for every 02 shares they own. Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit).
- Issue price: VND10,000/share
- Odd shares and unsold shares will be distributed to other subjects with price not lower than that offered to outstanding shareholders
- Time for transfer of purchase rights: From 19/12/2011 to 12/01/2012
- Time for registration and payment: From 19/12/2011 to 16/01/2012
- Purchase rights can be transfered once only
- Exercise Place:
+ For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited
+ For undeposited shares: Thu Duc Trading and Import – Export JSC -231 Vo Van Ngan, Linh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc District, Hochiminh City on working days from from 19/12/2011 to 16/01/2012. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
