TAS: Explanation for 05 consecutive ceiling-hitting sessions

On 13/12/2011, Trang An securities JSC (HNX: TAS) explained the recent 05 consecutive ceiling-hitting sessions from 05/12/2011 to 09/12/2011 as follows:

- Recently, the company’s financial situation has become stable after the restruturing. The company has completed the financial obligation with the Vietnam Securities Depository and ensured the transactions of accounts at the company

- The Company has carried out measures to cut costs and restructure the Company

- At present, the price of TAS is very low, which does not reflect correctly the Company’s operation and prospective. Thus, the Company has received investors’ interest.
